會議在鄰近新加坡的印尼民丹島舉行，必須從新加坡出發，乘坐高速渡輪，來到由業主開發的 Bintan Resort。持續了三天的會議，完成了工作目標。但是卻收到秘書處的通知，由新加坡回台北的飛機因天候因素取消了。索性就留在小島上渡過週末吧，還好準備了這幾雙鞋！
